We also sponsor a landmark clinical trial of our patent-pending treatment system for Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) & Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI). We anticipate IND approval for this Phase 1/2 clinical trial and will begin enrollment by November 10, 2026.

The PINR℠ is a non-profit organization determined to enroll patients regardless of income, gender, religious beliefs, or race. In August, 2026, we began applying for working capital in the form of educational grants. Patients eligible & willing to enroll in our CTE/TBI treatment protocol will pay zero out-of-pocket expenses.
Our funding allows us to offer each patient's first consultation at zero out-of-pocket cost. We charge a small co-pay for follow-up consultations, with huge discounts for military veterans, patients unable to work, or those making less than $38,000/year.

We are a team of medical doctors with extensive post-doctoral training; each provider has 25+ years of experience practicing Neurology &/or Human Psychology.

We will open Pre-Enrollment for our CTE/TBI Clinical Trial in October, 2026. If you feel you may have CTE, or have seen TBI lesions on an MRI of your brain, please schedule your initial consultation ASAP. Once we receive your signed Informed Consent document, we will work closely with your current treatment providers to obtain MRIs and history related to your brain injury.

Finally, patients with brain damage need to stop drinking alcohol completely. Ethanol causes intense brain swelling and misfiring of key neurotransmitters (Seratonin, Dopamine, & norepinephrine). We can help you quit alcohol.

Lastly: We will not accept clinical trial candidates we suspect will not be able to abstain from alcohol for 3 months. Alcohol was shown to render our treatment protocol ineffective in 100% of patients who received our CTE Treatment (In a 28-
